I received a glassdoor notification email about this position. I read the job description on the Ulta Beauty website and applied for the job. The very next day I received a phone call to come in for an interview! At the interview I met the store manager and the retail operations manager. The interview with the retail operations manager, with whom I would be working directly, lasted about 40 minutes. My interview with the store manager lasted approximately 20 minutes.

The interview process had 3-steps with different managers. The store GM, a different store GM and the Area Manager. All of the questions had to do with getting to know you and asking about your experience. They also wanted to know what plans you had to improve the current operations process.
