Tell me about a time you felt stressed and overwhelmed? How did you handle it? You had a disagreement with a co-worker, how did you resolve it? Give a specific example of how you helped create an environment where differences are valued, encouraged, and supported. (I loved this question out of all the questions) Walk me though the specific steps you have taken when implementing a new process or Initiative? When was the last time you asked for feedback from your supervisor? Tell me about a time when you had to settle a dispute between team members. How did you go about identifying the issues? What was the result? Tell me about a time when your team did not meet a deadline? What did you learn? What would you do differently? Describe a situation where you needed to persuade someone to see things your way. What steps did you take? What were the results? this? Tell me about a time when you stepped out of your comfort zone and tried something new to influence a different result at work? The DM didn’t ask me proper questions because they had already made up their bias decision of hiring me or not. Everyone but the DM wanted to hire me. Always remember just because you make it to the end doesn’t mean you have the job. I never thought I had it, I knew they liked and loved a lot of my answers but I knew I wasn’t going to get it.
