This was the weirdest interview experience I've ever had! The owner, Jiayi was unprofessional and failed to communicate what her companies vision was and what my role would entail. Our interview was awkward and short and I got the impression that she didn't know what she was doing. I shockingly received an email offer the next day and after a bit of back and forth she ultimately told me that if I didn't hit the companies sales objectives they would have to find someone else for the role. Huge Red Flag! This company would be great for someone without any experience but all others beware!
