After applying got an email about a week later, to schedule an interview. The interview was with the CEO of the company it lasted about 1hr and 30 min. She asked all sort of personality questions, career development questions , was very thorough after the interview. The company said they would pick one to three ppl for a second interview. I got call back meet with the vp of customer service and vp of IT. This interview was more technical, ask about project management in depth. After the interview I never heard back from them. It was a good experience except they never said anything at the end.
