The hiring and interview process for Union Bank are pretty straight forward once you get hold of a recruiter: 1) Phone interview with the recruiter, 2) interview with hiring manager, 3) maybe a second interview, 4) offer. The Bank moves pretty swiftly once you've been selected by the hiring manager.
