Initial online application, online tests (I think it was just personality), phone interview and then assessment day. Whole process took 4 months. Assessment day involved 10 minute presentation about a department topic, group task (all discussing a set topic and then asked to prioritise) and a one on one interview. I felt the whole day went well but there were a lot of assessors there, who I believe some had more say than others, therefore if you weren't placed with these assessors it's unlikely you would get the job. I was promised feedback and was told 2 weeks ago that I did not get the job over email with no feedback have chased it twice and still no feedback. Disappointing experience as they made out in the interview that we were all valued. No practical questions asked such as 'why do you want the job?'.
