Forgot I applied for the job and 3 weeks later I receive an email saying they were interested in a HR phone screening. That was less than 5 minutes as I think she just wanted to know my salary range. Quickly had a 30 minute interview arranged with the hiring manager. It went a little longer as having an interview for 30 minutes with the hiring manager is far too short of a time, and it was mainly me speaking about my experience so did not have much time to discuss anything more. Hiring manager said I would be contacted for next steps, but never heard back. Was just ghosted. I even had a recruiting company hit me up a week later and I had to tell them I already interviewed for the job.
