The interview was about an undefined "senior" role. First round was a take home exercise which was really easy. Second round was with some C-Suite members. Third round was with some global head like people. The C-suite and global head could not give a consistent view of the role, which is usually different views between C-Suite seeing a needs and the Global Heads defending their territory, negating the needs. I was not asked many questions as it was mostly chitchat about my experience. The firm does not seem to be that great in term of technology. Total waste of time, all people were nice though.

This interview was literally the most apathetic experience. Not enough time to show experience and was told to just rush or skip. There was no blockchain questions, it was evident the recruiter didn't read my CV at all and was just jumping from interview to interview. Was asked early on about sorting algorithms but I didn't get the question fully so after telling the recruiter to repeat for the third time I gave up and told I don't know. Felt like the interviewer brushed me off after that point so I unconsciously did the same. Very subtle arrogance going on. Then it was next and next until the perfect 30 min mark.
