I went through three rounds of interviews. The first covered my experience and OOP theory, the second was an algorithm discussion, and the third was a 90-minute technical session with multiple team members, including a non-standard algorithm task solved without coding. I completed all tasks successfully, but despite being told they would follow up, I never heard back. Caution for candidates: The interview process is thorough and challenging, but the level of rigor is not matched by respect for candidates, communication and follow-up are inconsistent.
