* They changed the Title of the position during the offer * Asked me to join office in-person during Covid times. No company, i repeat, no company should do that. They didnt clear during the screening round. Would have saved a lot of time and effort * A lot of broken parts identified during the interview process, they took down my expectation salary twice but during the offer they gave me 5% hike on my fixed. That was simply not acceptable * I guess you really cant be yourself there in terms of having a different opinion than your management. I got that sense when I rejected the offer. I dont think they liked by displeasure towards it * I rejected and im glad i stayed put on that
