Phone interview a few weeks after applying and then an on-site interview a week later. They were definitely interested in why I wanted to become an actuary and work for their company specifically. On-site interview consisted of two 45 minute one on one interviews and then a 15 minute interview with their boss to answer any additional questions I had.
