Utica uses a video recording process to conduct a one sided interview. Candidates are directed to respond to questions that appear on the screen. If you don't like your initial response, you can rerecord. What they don't tell you is that the second recording will upload automatically. Unfortunately, I botched some of my recordings, not realizing I wouldn't have the option to rerecord. The process felt awkward and unfairly communicated. I was ghosted by Utica Mutual afterwards. Not a huge surprise there.
