Online assessment testing various skills such as memory, reaction speed and mental math. Following this, a 10 minute telephone interview was given asking simple questions such as why commodities trading, what makes a good trader etc.
send application, online tests and a assessment center, didnt get any questions, was just explaining how the firm operates, what it does and then thrown into a trading simulation with everyone else

Psychometric type Test via an Iphone App, followed by a home Interview and after that, as Assessment Day. Assessment day consisted of a numerical test followed by a trading game designed to test your trading skills.
