Entrevista
Telephonic was setup. The call never came in. It got rescheduled couple of days later. Again the call didn't come at scheduled time. After I follow up I get a call. Call went on for 45 minutes. Discussed a coding problem and was asked to code it on collabedit.
After the interview no one bothered to write even an email. I followed up after a week. As usual no reply. Overall extremely unprofessional.

The one of the interviewers was not sympathetic & wanted to just show that she knows better.
The interview was majorly to show how much they know rather than what a candidate can bring to the team .
The questions were intentionally made harder & harder , The answers were interrupted without listening to the full approach.

Entrevista
The interview consisted of one telephonic round, and 3 technical face 2 face rounds. First of all they called me for a team. The interview process was okay. Questions were ranging from algorithm-datastructure and Core Java advanced concepts like memory management, multithreading etc. After 3 rounds of f2f, they decided to let me go for the day. The HR did not have courtesy to talk to me after the interviews. I was told to leave for the day. No calls for another one week.
After one week, I was contacted by another HR with similar requirements but another team. I was told I would have to re-appear for all rounds when I told him that I had been in touch with another HR for similar requirement. He told me it was for a different team and we agreed. Another round of stupidity began. With similar questions asked on telephonic.
The day of F2F was set and I again reached the same office, different HR and similar set of questions. One of the interviewers in fact sat with a laptop, dictating the algorithm question to me (literally). I was asked to note the question down on a paper from careercup.com. I said that its fine I got the question. And was able to solve it. Well, she didnt like it because the 1st approach in careercup was not recursive. Spent 4 hours and then was the managerial round. Where I was told, they are looking for senior folks. I mean you took 1 telephonic and 3 technical round to deduce that I did not have enough experience? Again, no response from the HR, infact he was clueless to even where the interview was to happen, this building or that. Funny but true!
