The interview process was quite transparent in that they explained the job profile, work hours, possible career paths etc. before even the interviews began. The panel were very interactive which helped ease the interview anxiety for a lot of candidates. The interview was a 4-step process as follows: The process started with a 30-minute written communication test where they gave two email scenarios to respond to. Both very general scenarios designed to gauge the email skills. This was followed by a 15-minute group discussion where they gave a topic to discuss on. Again a general topic to gauge the communication skills. Nothing technical yet. Then followed the technical interview where multiple panels of 2 or 3 people interviewed the candidates individually. Questions would be based on what you had in your resume. They asked me for an area I was most comfortable with (which was storage in my case), and asked questions mostly from that area. The interview lasted 45 minutes for me. The last round was a managerial interview where the manager-to-be asked questions about my current job, why I was quitting, what were my expectations from the job etc. The CTC was also discussed in this round. The HR informed that I would receive an email asking for the documents. I did in the following 2 days and the offer letter was released in about 2 weeks.
