Applied through a professional networking site a month before I was contacted. A director scheduled a phone interview, but I never heard back from them. Reached back out to the director the day after they missed the interview. Its now been over a week since they missed the interview and no one has gotten back to me. I checked and they definitely had my phone number and email. Really unprofessional and disappointing. I don't know why I was never contacted again by HR, especially since an interview was scheduled and then missed.
