Took a 3 weeks to get hired due to final exams, the company was very flexible and understanding that school came first. First I went to the career, then two phone interviews. Flew me down to Phoenix and got 3 interviews from different team leaders.

Hardest question, what are your weaknesses. You have to be careful, DO NOT SAY " I WORK VERY HARD " or somewhere along those lines. Be honest but also be careful what you say, also add in what you are doing to improve your weaknesses.
STAR format with a case study, role play, and debrief. Questions focused on how you prioritize and handle adversity. Role play scenario is designed to see how quickly you can build rapport and your ability to assess need

The interview process was a half day commitment, which began with an orientation and then two-part interview. One of which included a 1-on-1 behavior based line of questioning, aka the STAR format. Part 2 of the interview was a case study dealing with a customer situation, and two managers allow you time to review before they come in and ask you questions directly related to the study.
