Entrevista
Talent acquisition is nice. Confident perhaps a tad arrogant. Good is that the interview process is very fast. Overall total compensation is super-high. Interview with hiring manager was surprisingly easy. Product sense interview was way too rushed. Jumped straight into it with 0 self-intros to break the ice. Honestly they cared more about checking off boxes than getting to know you as a human.
Overall, Vanta’s employees are polite/nice but not genuine/authentic. It’s all fakey and posing attitudes. They reward a “east coast” style of communication styles that is super-brief. No one stayed past 45 min to answer my questions (despite that being an industry norm). No one wants to develop a relationship with you. It’s clear their schedule is jam-packed. It’s clear that they care more about QUANTITY NOT QUALITY. If that’s their interview process, then forget a healthy work environment once you start. Recruiters are getting the message to be real with candidates — but everyone else at Vanta is not.

Fairly straightforward process, starting with recruiter and hiring manager screens, then a case study interview, cross functional stakeholder interview and leadership interview. The recruiting team does a good job of prepping you for the interviews ahead of time.

Really positive experience. The recruiter I worked with was fantastic -- incredibly supportive throughout and helped me to navigate the process extremely well.
The process itself seemed fairly standard compared to other interviews I've done. The stages were:
- Recruiter screen
- Hiring manager screen
- On-site phase one (engineering partnership, design partnership, values)
- On-site phase two (case study, leadership)
- Offer
