I’m sorry you feel that way. Our HR department asks unique questions geared towards learning about you as a person, your soft skills, and problem-solving skills. Responses to candidates were sent by email so I am not sure that an email received outside work hours would be entirely inappropriate as you may action it at any time and MyMo Leads is comprised of employees that work in several time zones.
