Various design, technical and behavioral questions.

Technical questions were very logical, interactive and fun to attend. I didn't missed even a single questions and received very high feedback. But when it comes to behavioral questions their higher management seems very skeptical and fussy. It's already difficult for someone to express themselves in an hour and if interviewers expects memorized answers instead of real life examples is kind of wrong. I felt they were too conscious, which impacted my responses and didn't get a good feeling. My suggestion would be, when you do go for EA behavioral interview, memorized one of your great achievement, conflict resolution example, feedback strategy etc. Doesn't matter if that is a made up story. Don't think or explain in details, go for short and direct answers. But then again its not only their fault, I should have done some research before attending but I didn't know they would ask from a set of common internet searched behavioral question, my expectation was it would be interactive and I was expecting more from that level.
