Initial call with the recruiter then given a take home assignment where you answer a few questions and review a system log to determine what's wrong. Questions are worded a bit awkwardly but a good exercise overall. Then I interviewed with two members of the management team. I was told I would hear next steps within a week but 1 month later, I've heard nothing. At least be respectful of the applicants time. If the answer is no, then say so.
