After submitting my resume, I did 2 phone interviews and 1 in person interview. The interview was conducted in the lobby of a local hotel, where I was interviewed by 3 women. The interview process overall was very friendly and conversational. They asked a lot of great questions and allowed me to ask a lot of my own.
