Initial setup was great. Interview prep was just ok but odd questions about how I should center things on just solely me as an leading an entire effort without a team. Seems odd because almost everyone in the industry is asking for team-player effort. Team members that interviewed me were great and shared feedback well. They also tried to guide me through some thinking about the answers they were seeking. Interviews took about 3-4 hours but they cut it short in the end due to some production issues. Everyone seems to just be really busy. I think had I gotten the job I think it would have been a lot of just finding answers on your own. Recruiter did not follow up and basically no communication afterwards for rejection. OK, but a nice email would been great. On to the next.
