Entrevista
The interviewee essetially read the interview off of a piece of paper instead of interacting, after watching a video of the company and hearing all the information, I had more questions for him than I ever had at the end of an interview. Promotions potentially within a week of hiring, using friends and family to sell and expand your client list, the continuously promised guaranteed easy money and a lot of it all seemed very fishy.
An initial phone interview, followed by an in office interview at the local compnay office. A paper application is completed on arrival. Then a brief interview to go over application and resume. Then advance to 2nd interview where the products are demonstrated. The sales opportunities and earning potentials are throughly discussed. Many opportunities to ask questions about the company.
After the product demonstrations you complete a questionare about the demonstration. Then there is a 2nd 1-0n-1 interview. The branch manager reviews your questionnaire and asks you further questions. There is another opportunity for you to ask questions.
I was offered the position.

It was a zoom meeting with other candidates, but we were interviewed separately, it went well very well learned about the position and also, we had a meet up at the office to practice with the product and learned even more about sales.

It was a quick easy zoom call in a group interview followed by an individual phone call interview with an answer if you’re hired or not then and there. Simple easy questions as well.
