Entrevista
The interview process was a little uncomfortable. They interviewed me with two other people on of whom they hired along with me. The entire interview process took maybe 3 hours at most. The second round of interview process was also as group and the third round of interview was just a short lecture on what the company is and what it sells and what is expected from us.

If you could rate your interpersonal skills on scale of 1-10, what would it be and why?
An initial phone interview, followed by an in office interview at the local compnay office. A paper application is completed on arrival. Then a brief interview to go over application and resume. Then advance to 2nd interview where the products are demonstrated. The sales opportunities and earning potentials are throughly discussed. Many opportunities to ask questions about the company.
After the product demonstrations you complete a questionare about the demonstration. Then there is a 2nd 1-0n-1 interview. The branch manager reviews your questionnaire and asks you further questions. There is another opportunity for you to ask questions.
I was offered the position.
I was invited to the training camp.

It was a zoom meeting with other candidates, but we were interviewed separately, it went well very well learned about the position and also, we had a meet up at the office to practice with the product and learned even more about sales.

It was a quick easy zoom call in a group interview followed by an individual phone call interview with an answer if you’re hired or not then and there. Simple easy questions as well.
