Applied in May and within 10 days had a 15 min video screening with HR. The HR rep explained the position and asked really basic questions, such as, "where are you based out of". There was no opportunity for me to introduce myself or talk about my experience. The rep had not read my resume or required cover letter and seemed to not care. The position was labeled as remote, but was looking for people based neared NJ so they could have meetups. Position should have been labeled East Coast Remote
