Process felt drawn out. I was emailed to schedule a Zoom interview with the manager less than 2 weeks after applying. Convo was OK. Second interview was with the VP of the dept. Questions sometimes felt uncomfortable. I decided to withdraw from the process because at this point the role didn’t seem fit for me. Only thing that really attracted me was the flexibility of being fully remote.
