Das Gespräch war ein typisches erstes Screening mit einem Recruiter. Es ging hauptsächlich um meinen Lebenslauf, meine Motivation für die Stelle und einige Fragen zu meinen bisherigen Erfahrungen. Entrevista
First there was a recruiter screen. Generic information about the company, their mission, why you want to work in sales. Then there was a candidate exercise. Finally, there was an interview with leadership - got a better feel for the company as a whole, more situation questions.
