The process started with a phone screening. The screening was followed up by a panel interview with leadership which was followed up by a panel interview from vCIOs. It felt more like a sales pitch than an interview. They did most of the talking and I did most of the questioning. In hindsight I wish I would have asked more questions about details and met my team before joing.
