I was called in for an initial interview, where the owner of the company asked me what I was looking for, what I would like to do, and my qualifications & skills. He then went on to explain the specifications of the positions (duties, expectations). Afterwards, he asked if the position sounded like one I could be happy in. I said yes. At the end, he said he liked me & I was very qualified and that there would mostly likly be a 2nd interview. Two days later, I was called in for a 2nd interview. During that interview, he had me speak to the 3 other young girls that work there, basically getting a glimpse of what they did. I honestly found no point to this. Afterwards, I sat down with the owner and he asked about my most recent salary & if I would be needing benefits. I responded yes, of course I will need benefits. He ended the interview by assuring me that I would definitely hear back from him on Monday (the interview was Fri.). I never received a call/email. I believe that he simply wanted to hire a highly qualified individual (I have a Masters degree) and pay them crap with no benefits. The job posting did not mention that there are no benefits; I believe that this company was deceitful or just plain disgusting. I wasted two days interviewing with them. Shame on me for wanting health benefits, because heaven forbid I get sick. ,
