This process was pretty easy.. As long as your customer service stats were good. The first step for a Coordinator position is taking a technical test.. Basically seeing if your understood the basics of wireless technology. Once you pass this, you interview with a panel of two supervisors. They ask a few technical questions.. Then they go into the Situation, Task, Action, Resolution (S.T.A.R.) format of question. When providing your answer, if you stil to this format, the job is yours. This interview process is much easier than the initial "new hire" into Verizon Wireless.. But very easy to not get the job if you don't follow the STAR format
