Complete your skills assessment , then your invited to do a interview with a recruiter. Recruiter interview is just making sure you understand the job and requirements. If you both agree , on to scheduling a interview with hiring manager. Took a week for hiring manager interview. Asked a bunch of behavioral based scenario questions. Name a time when etc , then at the very end you have to do two role plays , which your recruiter will send in advance. In all it took about two weeks for app and interviews. Received job offer same day !

Entrevista
The interview was conducted virtually. It was for the customer service position. Mostly I was questioned about how I would handle various scenarios, for assisting clients. I was asked some real world examples and asked to handle them.

Lengthy and the paperwork is extremely confusing to fill out and submit. Thank you. But other than that really nice people. They hire through a 3rd party called Rose International…. Very helpful people
Unprofessional interview, and unfair. Being bilingual and many years of customer service experience they decided to pass due to many years of experience. The interviewer also looked unorganized and was bias.
