The online assessment made be answer a bunch of behavioral questions that mostly were simple but some of them were very convoluted and both options to select were terrible. They had me play a memorization game afterwards to assess my criticial thinking but I kinda felt it was pointless. Anyways it didn't take much time and felt it was strange process when I was applying to be a software developer as other online assessments had me do coding challenges.
