I had applied for this role in the late December 2021. Within a week of submitting the application I got a call from recruiter. Later, he organised interview with the hiring manager in mid Jan. After 2 weeks of the interview I got a call from the recruiter that hiring manager was very happy with my interview and they would like offer me the role. Then for months the recruiter stalled me saying they are inspecting my visa requirements. I had complete faith in the recruitment process and did not mind waiting as a constant communication was going back and forth. During the due time I was delaying my visa application. In the end after waiting 2 months, in the end of February recruiter called me to inform that they are not going ahead with an external candidate instead they are continuing with an internal candidate. Then why did they even have an interview and made me wait? Very unprofessional company.
