I was referred by someone and signed up on the website for the position and completed an interview using voice recordings and answering prompts given. Someone then reached out to me via email then called me to let me know about the job offer that was available and asked if I would like to accept it. after that phone call I waited almost a month to schedule a virtual interview using a digital assistant that would notify me via email when there were possibly some openings. After that if the interview went well for you someone would reach out the week of your interview and verify again that you still wanted to accept the offer for the job and tell you some more information about when you would possibly start and guide you through completing a background check as well as necessary documents in their Workday portal where you applied.
