Phone interview asked me to come in person told me titles not important requested background check gave verbal offer then asked for third interview by phone after background completed to they said to see how my skills fit in but I think it was to consider other candidates ended it by saying they were writing an offer letter. Two days later sent me email saying they filled the two roles with other candidates. Unprofessional and tells me they don't know what they want. I thought it strange to ask me for a third interview offer me the job then decide against it. I was smart enough not to givenoticebut sheer flakiness.
