Did not interview with all that were originally scheduled. Someone already on the team, and who was to interview me, had the title and role listed for themselves on Linked In. Also, this role has been open for 7 months. There is an issue here. Either with management and their ability to make a decision, or the fact they are $20,000-$30,000 less than what that level of role should be paying. At the end of the day, it was the passive/aggressive arrogance that turned me off. They also did not appear to get true teambuilding, atleast not how it was described to me, by how they reward teams.
