Phone screen consisted of basic questions and some selling by the Recruiter. Made the job sound great and the company sound stable and growing. Then, a 1:1 interview with the Hiring Manager. Took about an hour. Was pleasant, nothing out of the ordinary. A few days later, the Recruiter called with a job offer.
