first phone interview with boss to talk about my background and current employment. Secondly meet boss personally to discuss skills and how I might be able to fit into team and job I would be doing. Lastly aptitude / psychometric test give by outside company. Once recommendation was given by the testing/interviewing company, discussions started about package, salary, benefits, etc.
