Started with the video recording. There were couple question that I was asked to answer and record myself. Regardingly, they asked for an online interview and we had it. Then they sent some kind of competency and personality test. Good thing, after I completed the test, they called for an assessment. My results have been discussed and they actually asked for confirmation. I think this was a nice experience. After all, they asked for my references which I provided in a short time. It looked like soo promising, feeling like I got the job. I'm sorry dear reader, all my text were positive until now but they did answer no more. Then I reminded the HR whether I got the job or not after 1 week time. They replied as, "we were about to contact to you, unfortunately another candidate was slightly better fit to this position and we decided to move forward with him/her." Hello?!?! I strongly doubt that would they return, if I did not ask. Other than this, I asked a question like what was the better thing on the other candidate, What could I do better for the next time? Yet I was talking to a wall.

Me contactaron vía email para hacer la entrevista por HireVue. Daban bastante tiempo para preparar la respuesta y permitían regrabarla todas las veces que fuera necesario. Si no recuerdo mal tuve que contestar todas las preguntas en inglés y casi todo estaba centrado en la "atención al detalle".
