Applied online. Recruiting emailed me for interview. Set up panel interview. They missed the appointment so I permitted them to reschedule for the following day. They wanted me to interview with their boss the following week, which I did. Was told they would be in contact with me in a couple of weeks. A month has passed. I emailed the recruiter for updates and got zero response. I also emailed her 2 thank you letters after each set of interviews to be forwarded to the hiring team. Again, no response. The whole process has been over 2 months long only to be ghosted and no replies to any of my messages. Companies, like Vestas, need to have more respect for people's time and effort. I accommodated them being unorganized and late. I put 100% effort and got 0% in return. They showed enough red flags. All I want is respect and closure. Leaving candidates hanging with no answer is wrong. My viewpoint of Vestas has changed. If this is how they communicate externally, I can only imagine how bad it is internally.
