I dropped my resume in my career services site, got an email from an hr representative about 3 weeks? later for an on-site interview. Once there, I was one of 6 candidates vying for 2 openings that they had. I also realized that I was the only candidate from my school that they chose to interview. Once there, you meet the university relations manager and the university relations intern. You get a tour of VS (which was pretty awesome to see as the VS angels are plastered everywhere). Afterwards the group splits up into 2 different groups. I was placed in a group with 2 other interns and I rotated between 3 rooms. I interviewed with I think two managers and one AVP. Each of the three people I interviewed with are there to see your competency in three areas. I remember that one of them was technical knowledge (they asked stats courses, and how well you know Excel). After the hour and a half, I was told that they then will convene and rank the candidates.
