I applied online for he Brand Delivery and Operations Manager position posted. I was called for a ace to face interview which was with the SM and the DM. they informed me the position was filled by an internal candidate and that the company posts the positions but tries to fill them from within when possible. By filling them internally they open other positions in the store that may not get posted online. I was called back by another manager for two separate face to face interviews. In all 3 interviews the questions were typical retail situational questions. I did wear as much black as possible to each interview and was very business appropriate.
