I applied for victorias secret at the beginning of November and got a call back for an interview on the 29th of December.she told me it was gonna be a group interview so I prepared myself.I got to the interview probably 15 min early.there was two more girls waiting with me just lookin around the store while we waited for the manager.i actually has a sales associate come up to me and was giving me tips on what they ask at the interview.she was so friendly and awesome I knew Victorias secret was gonna be amazing if I were to get hired.so we start off at the interview and the manager was super bubbly.that atmosphere felt very laid back.she started off by asking us why we live Victorias secret and what would we do if there was customers with returns and also customers in line to pay.basic questions.remember to be very outgoing,energetic and always smile they love it.they also love when your not afraid to answer the group questions before others and just stand out.the interview was probably 20 minutes.i think around 15 min later I got a call from her asking if I can come to a second interview at 8:30am the next day.i said of coarse!it was also a group interview but with a different manager.i noticed that one of the girls from yesterday's interview was there but the second girl wasn't.i realized it sas because she was super quiet.Again be very outgoing!the manager asked similar questions "decribe to me what your job experiences is?"tell me about a time that you took initiative for a task that you didn't have to do.interview was about an hour.very relaxed.the manager said she will call our references and will call back in 5 days of we are interested.got a call back in 4 days and got hired!!!make sure you have reliable references because they need to talk to 2 out of 3 references.
