1. I was contacted by a recruiter on LinkedIn. It led to a short phone call about whether or not I would be able to work their hybrid model and go into their office in Lehi. 2. I had a short Google Meet (or maybe it was zoom) call with the hiring manager, who asked why I was interested, etc. 3. Same day, I went into their office and met with Bill, their CEO. We talked about my background, core values, the company, roadmap, compensation, etc. Then afterward I met with Jarom, one of their lead engineers, where we discussed about technical projects and different technologies. 4. A few days later I received an offer over email.
