The recruitment process included submitting a video cover letter, which is fine for programme like this. However, the requirements for the video could not be less specific, which made the task additionally time consuming with no certainty whether it meets the expectations of the recruiters. Not to mention that in such case it is impossible to assess what message one is supposed to convey through the video. But the worst part is that even though this is one of the most time consuming application I've ever submitted, there was absolutely no follow-up contact from the Netia's HR department. Lack of professionalism, leave alone sense of decency.
