The entire process took a little over 4 weeks. I was a referred by an employee and received a call the next day from the recruiter for a brief phone interview. The following week I had a panel interview, which took about 30 mins. The interview was great, everyone was pleasant and professional and very laid back.

Very concise and light.
Nice mood and proper setting of expectations.
Introduction and background to the role was explained well.
Overall a great interview, direct and clear but the mood is still setup nicely.

The recruiter out to me for a call. After that went well, I got scheduled with a call with the hiring manager. It went for about 30 minutes. I asked about the process and there about 3-5 interview rounds.
