I applied through a referral and had an initial phone interview with HR. One week later they scheduled an in person interview with the hiring manager and another person from the team. They ask me lots of different questions, what did I like about my past jobs, why visa, etc. They told me if I went to the next stage they would have people from the team interview me on the phone to check the cultural fit. At the end they decided to go with a different candidate.
