If you interview with Visa, be prepared for the process to take as long as two months with as much as two weeks with no status update or movement. Main campus is overcrowded in general. Also Visa appears to have focused pulling it's talent from overseas almost exclusively. Asian males, primarily of Indian origin dominate the Foster City campus and hallways.
