I passed the screening call and had a chat with the hiring manager. A couple of days later, the recruiter reached out and said that they would like to take my application forward and arrange another call. When I joined the call (my 3rd call with Visa) nobody was there. The recruiter jumped on the call 5 minutes later to say that the hiring manager couldn't make it and asked if we could reschedule, I said yes. It was at this moment when all communication stopped, nobody reached out to me to rearrange the call and they never responded after I chased them. Getting stood up and then ghosted altogether isn't the best interviewing experience!!
